The night was magical and the light was pink, the warm summer wind glided through the corridors of the Palais Royal, and it was at that precise moment that I told myself all that was missing was the scent of a woman to give this Parisian scene a Foretaste of Paradise. For a very long time, I had wanted to give this city a perfume that resembled it; my experience, though enriching for major brands, did not fill this void, and I absolutely had to create the perfect olfactory alchemy of this city with its exhilarating architecture! And then, in a halo of creative energy, everything fell into place: Eiffel Kiss, Place Vendôme in Love, Romantic Montmartre… Inspiration flowed like the Seine under the Pont Neuf, swirling with inventiveness like the mystery of Notre Dame; everything came to me like a flash of insight.
